Accessibility statement

I want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. The aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What has been done

• Every page has a clear heading structure, a skip link and labelled navigation.
• Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast ratios in both the light and dark themes.
• You can choose Light, Dark or Auto (following your device), and the site respects "reduce motion" settings.
• The site stays usable when zoomed to 200% and on small screens, without sideways scrolling.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are explained in words, not by colour alone.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages work without JavaScript.

Known limitations

• The walkthrough video has its captions built into the picture, so they cannot be restyled or switched off. A written summary of the same story is on the Cambridge Photographers case study.
• Application screenshots show detailed interfaces at a small size. The key information in each one is also given in the text around it.
